Strategic Leadership

A program for Senior-Level Managers, inspired by Kouzes-Posner’s Roles of Leadership (Modeling, Inspiring, Aligning, Enabling and Encouraging). This Program provides opportunities for you to examine your leadership challenges through different lenses and perspectives and to stop and reflect both personally and professionally.

At the completion of the program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the fundamental principles of Leadership vs Management
• Able to Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act & Encourage the Heart
• Able to lead based on the situation occurred; Situational Leadership, to ensure high employees’ motivation
• Able to lead the execution of business strategies
• Able to become the Role Model for the team
